have you heard of ravenser odd?
We partnered with The National archives, Hull History Centre, Hull Maritime Museum and Sussex University to deliver this local history project. We delivered the community engagement workshops which generated art work that went on display at the History Centre. We explored the history of the site and how it was lost. Through the wokshops we were able to link the project to the current threat of flooding in Hull and the East Riding.
To mark the 725th anniversary, the exhibition ‘Hull/Ravenser Odd: twin cities, sunken pasts’ displayed the original Hull and Ravenser Odd charters, on loan from The National Archives alongside the community art work
